Professional Outlook, Inc. is a woman owned, boutique recruiting firm, founded by Bethany Brevard York in July 1991. Bethany’s innate passion for helping people led her into the recruiting business where she landed a successful career specializing in finding top talent for her clients and progressive career opportunities for select candidates. Her forte is strategizing and understanding clients’ hiring needs with the purpose of introducing accomplished candidates who meet the requirements of their roles.

Prior to opening Professional Outlook, Inc., she worked in the apparel manufacturing industry and retail sales management in California before relocating to the Chicago area, then finally Western Michigan to be closer to family.
