Talent Acquisition Specialist

This excellent opportunity with a mid-sized Manufacturing Company offers growth potential in the HR field. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will assist the company’s recruiting efforts from entry-level to senior management employees while being creative and independent.

Required Qualifications:
-BS in Human Resources or Management
-3-5 years successful experience as a professional recruiter or staffing specialist in a multi-facility manufacturing company
-Excellent organization and communication skills required
-Must be self-disciplined with a high drive level for completing assignments and delivering excellent results
-Proven success in developing and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and effective search firms required
-Experience in recruiting and selection administration for all levels within the organization is required
-Capability and desire to assist with other HR projects beyond talent acquisition required
-HRCI or SHRM certification is a plus
-Social media skills are desirable

Position Summary:
-Responsible for the full-cycle recruitment efforts including pipe lining, sourcing, interviewing, offering negotiations and hiring applicants to fill open positions
-Manage college recruiting, university relations, and college intern program
-Work with hiring managers, recruiters, and candidates to provide best-in-class hiring experience
-Assist the HR Director and HR Manager as needed with projects and assignments.

Relocation: This company offers an excellent relocation package available to the right candidate; will assist in covering closing costs and pay temporary living up to 6 months
