Maintenance Supervisor/Manager


• High school education and/or 4 year degree.
• Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience in an industrial environment.
• Strong mechanical skills. A working knowledge of electrical equipment and systems.
• Hands-on experience working with CMMS programs.

Responsibilities for this position include:

• Directly Supervise a group of 5 mechanics
• Managing maintenance contractors.
• Order parts and materials to support maintenance activities.
• Provide assistance troubleshooting maintenance and production problems.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives including improving maintenance effectiveness and productivity
• Write and maintain procedures and work instructions related to Maintenance Activities
• Maintaining the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
