E/O Unit I&E Engineer

This is an exciting opportunity with one of the largest petrochemical and performance products plant in the US. This is a unique individual contributor position with plenty of visibility given the scope of responsibility.

Requirements:


• BS Electrical Engineering
• 5+ (7-10 is ideal) Years of IE Engineering in a Chemical Plant or Refinery
• Knowledge in Life-Cycle Cost Analysis
• RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance)
• IE Project and/or Maintenance Experience Responsibilities for this position include:


• Maintain the site’s Asset Management Plan based on equipment failures, process changes, and PM data.
• Audit IE PM Program
• Provide risk-based prioritization support for turnarounds and scope development.
• Responsible for the investigation and follow-up of documentation of high impact incidents.
• Own and drive the Reliability Centered Maintenance program for the site.
• Facilitate detailed RCM and AMP development for late-stage projects to ensure design for maintainability and reliability.
