Environmental Engineer

Requirements:
*BS Engineering or related
*5+ Years of Chemical Plant or Refinery Experience
*Air, Water, Waste Experience
*Texas Air Permitting, EPRA/CRCLA and DOT compliance preferred



Responsibilities for this position include:
-Oversee LDAR program and State TCEQ Title V and LDEQ regulations
-Responsible for complex work in air, water, and waste
-Host agency representatives, represent organization and meetings at other events
-Assists with Responsible Care audits and activities
-Conduct comprehensive compliance assurance reviews of environmental policies
-Actively assists the site to be in compliance with RCMS
-Develop, maintains, and communicates effective environmental and of loss control programs
-Schedules wastes for shipment and tracks manifests
-Prepare annual solid waste report, Pollution Prevention Plan, and assists or manages NOR
-Maintains UST certifications and documentations
