Electrical & Maintenance Manager

Requirements to be considered for the ELECTRICAL MANAGER ROLE:


B.S. Electrical Engineering strongly preferred

7-10+ electrical supervisory experience in the chemical/petrochemical/refining industry

Medium and high voltage experience along with electrical reliability and maintenance experience with equipment

Strong, proven and consecutive leadership skills – you prefer to remain with a company vs. make a career move every two to three years. Seeking someone who enjoys getting to know their team, mentoring and there for the long haul


Responsibilities OF THE ELECTRICAL MANAGER:


Manage and lead your electrical group as a team who thrive together and produce results

Drive reliability practices, RCFA and precision maintenance

Direct and lead the installation, maintenance, repair and testing of electrical equipment, i.e., UPS battery backup, generators, motors, starters, MCCs, transformers, control panels, cables and power distribution systems/associated switchgear

Own your department’s business plan to achieve goals

Lead your group’s safety efforts by complying with reg requirements, i.e., NFPA 70E, NEC and OSHA as well as yearly training

Work closely with maintenance team with respect to electrical maintenance costs within your department
