Electrical Engineer

Requirements:
*BS Electrical Engineering
*8+ Years of IE Engineering in a Chemical Plant or Refinery
*Power Distribution of Medium to High Voltage Experience
*Chemical Plant or Refining Background preferred



Responsibilities for this position include:
-Day-to-day interface with operations and maintenance and reliability teams
-Knowledge of IEEE, ANSI, NEC, ISA, and OSHA 1910 standards and codes
-Experience in the design and troubleshooting of switchgear and motor controls for voltages 480 through transmission voltages
-Assist plant maintenance groups in troubleshooting and repair of electrical equipment and systems and provide training as needed
-Provide day-to-day power system support for all plant operational units
-Recommend electrical projects necessary to maintain electrical reliability to the process unit areas.
